CAN I GET AN ORDER ESTIMATE BEFORE BUYING?

YES! If you want to know how much your order will cost including shipping fee (for international orders) but not ready to pay just yet, select products you wish to buy and place your order as usual. As you reach the payment method screen, select "SHIPPING ESTIMATE ONLY - NOT READY TO PAY" and it will show you the expected total order price including shipping fee based on order weight and location. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email showing cost breakdown in case you miss it.

Please note that orders placed under this payment method are NOT CONSIDERED OFFICIAL ORDERS AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Once you decide to pay, kindly place another/similar order and choose the payment method you prefer (we prefer PayPal for international orders). Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 2 days. Once paid, order will be processed as usual. 

 


SIGNING UP FOR AN ACCOUNT

How do I register an account with the WhateverBuys.com?

To register, click "Creat an account" on the upper left hand corner of the page and provide a First Name, Last Name, e-mail address, and unique password.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

To register, click "login" on the upper left hand corner of the page the click "forgot password." E-mail instructions on password retrieval will be sent to the e-mail address you used during the registration process.

How do I know if it's safe to give my personal information?

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

  • You can use a number of payment gateways for your transactions. 
  • Please pay the total amount due via your chosen payment channel within two (2) days.
  • IMPORTANT REMINDER: Orders that remain unpaid for 2 days will be automatically cancelled. You can always place another order in the future, if you wish.
  • Please send SMS (text) to 09178463821/09985460013 OR email us at <hello@whateverbuyscom BEFORE transferring payment via G-Cash/SMART Money/SMART Padala/Palawan Express to clarify total amount to be transferred.
  • Send another text to notify us once payment has been made to facilitate shipping of your orders.
  • Orders paid before 12PM will be shipped/dispatched the same day, otherwise orders will be shipped the next business day.

1. Credit Card Payment via PayPal

Step 1: Select PayPal as your mode of payment

Step 2: Fill up the required fields "Submit"

Step 3: Provide your credit card information and proceed to check out

NOTE FOR CREDIT/DEBIT/PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Please allow 2-4 days clearing time for your payment to transfer to our bank. REFUND requests will only be accepted within 24 hours from payment. Otherwise, payment will be considered valid and will be withdrawn/transferred to our bank account for order processing.

So before paying, please make sure to check SHIPPING RATES,etc. if you're okay with it. Otherwise, don't proceed with the order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS HERE WILL SHIP FROM THE PHILIPPINES SO ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES WILL BE BILLED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND THESE RATES ARE COSTLY, OFTENTIMES EVEN MORE THAN THE ORDER ITSELF. SO PLEASE DECIDE ACCORDINGLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CASES OF "BUYER'S REMORSE".

STEP 3: Kindly deposit exact amount due (+ shipping fee, when appropriate) to:

Please keep your deposit slip until such time your order is delivered to your doorstep.  A copy of the deposit slip might be needed just in case a dispute arises prior to shipment.
