GENERAL SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS SOLD HERE WILL SHIP FROM THE PHILIPPINES SO ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES WILL BE BILLED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES. THESE RATES ARE COSTLY, OFTENTIMES EVEN COSTLIER THAN THE ORDER ITSELF SO PLEASE DECIDE ACCORDINGLY.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR "BUYER'S REMORSE".

**IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to INTERNATIONAL orders.

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday. We don't ship on weekends.
  • We don't take your money until your order has shipped.
  • Some items may ship separately.
  • Some items can't be shipped internationally; others can't ship via air. See product page for more information.

How will I get my order?

All orders placed on WhateverBuys.com are shipped directly to the customer's preferred shipping address specified during Checkout. 

For Domestic Orders:

We don't provide in-store pickups or meet-ups. All orders are shipped and delivered to your doorstep by LBC (lbcexpress.com). Orders are traceable via tracking numbers provided on the Shipping Confirmation Email sent to you as soon as your order ships.

To ensure smooth delivery of orders, please make sure the address is complete. In case there's a known mail/package delivery problem within your area we can send packages directly to the nearest LBC branch for package pick-up. It's faster and more reliable. Just send us an email before placing an order or add a comment upon checkout by stating the LBC branch nearest you/where you want to pick-up your package.

For International Orders: 

We mainly ship via DHL. Details and update here

***IMPORTANT REMINDER***

DHL DOES NOT DELIVER TO P.O BOX ADDRESSES

All orders with P.O Box as shipping address will be shipped via EMS and will take 1-3 weeks delivery transit time.

We also ship via EMS (Express Mail Service) whenever shipping via DHL is not possible.

Kindly check if your country is an EMS member. We can't accommodate any request to use any specific courier due to the nature of the items we ship. *Beauty sets normally include facial toners (which are in liquid form) -- which most couriers refuse to transport.

International orders may be delivered door-to-door by DHL/TNT/UPS or in some cases may need to be picked-up personally at your local post office depending on how your local post office handles EMS packages. Please consult with your local post office first before placing an order to know whether they deliver EMS packages door-to-door or if you need to pick them up yourself.

To ensure smooth delivery of orders, please make sure the address is complete. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDELIVERED AND/OR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they provide us with correct address information.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES. We pack your orders as carefully and as properly as we can. Any mishandling is the responsibility of the courier. 

 

How long will it take for my purchases to be delivered?

In-stock orders normally ship (sent to courier) within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Orders:

For delivery within Metro Manila, transit time takes 2 to 3 business days after order processing. For provincial delivery, transit time takes 3 to 7 business days. 

International Orders:

For DHL - Delivery takes 3-5 days on average.

For EMS - Transit time is 1-3 weeks + unavoidable time lost to customs delays (Keep in mind that your customs might want to inspect your package first, which may delay it getting to your door). 

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page. 

Domestic Orders:

Your order/package will carry a tracking number for LBCExpress.com. The LBC Tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email and is traceable via LBC's website mentioned previously.

International Orders:

For DHL - Your tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

For EMS - Your order/package will carry a tracking number for Singapore Post SpeedPost.com.sg and will be provided to you via email. 

FAQ

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

RATES

DOMESTIC (Philippines) SHIPPING

  • Standard (3-5 business days after *processing) - FREE

*Processing Times: In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.

Please note that a P250 heavy item surcharge will be added to your total order cost for each item weighing over 5kg. Products which have this surcharge are labeled on the page.

For other destinations/international, you can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your postal code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get the shipping cost during checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. Please note that orders shipped via Economy Shipping/International EMS cannot be rerouted after shipment.

COUNTRY NOT LISTED?

Best way to check is to try placing an order and selecting your country as shipping address at checkout. If it's not listed, we probably don't ship to your country. We, sadly, can't ship to everyone. We appreciate your interest in WhateverBuys.com products, and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

CUSTOMS FEES

  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
  • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
  • WhateverBuys.com has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
